If the popup stays signed out, confirm the browser can reach /api/auth/session on app.neutralai.co.uk.
If masking does not trigger, confirm the site is a supported AI host and that https://api.neutralai.co.uk/v1/shield/mask is reachable.
If enterprise rollout bypasses the popup gate, verify the managed policy values for auth context, telemetry, and remote config.
